What are Restorative Practices? In this 1-3 hour training, you will learn the basics of the Restorative philosophy, key modalities used in the field, and relevant vocabulary.

Circle is a highly flexible approach to being in community. In this 3 day, training your team will learn in depth how to facilitate Circles for the purposes of building strong and healthy communities. You will leave this training with the knowledge needed to facilitate community building Circles.

In addition to community building, Restorative Practices can be used to address harm that has occured between members of a community. In this supplementary 2-3 day training, you will build on existing RP knowledge to develop the skills to facilitate both Circles and and Restorative Conferences in your own context.
